Sorry I couldn’t add a photo as it is a birthday present 🎁 which hasn’t happened yet. The company corrected a mistake which I made, with no quibble. They responded promptly to my email and sent me corrected poster and would not accept the extra money I owed. Very helpful and I know when birthday arrives an 11 year old boy will be VERY happy. Thank you
Besides the delivery taking long and not having full transparency! The top came and I was immediately in love with it. The design and quality is amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely order again. I was concerned but I messaged the instagram account and they got back to me immediately so 10/10
The poster is nice but the frame was expensive and disappointing. For the price we paid the poster should have come already in the frame and it should have been a correct fit. Instead we had to figure out getting the back of the frame off, as it was different than any frame we’ve ever seen. Once we got the poster in the frame we saw it isn’t the right size. It leaves about an inch at the top and bottom of the poster inside the frame which now shows cardboard through it. Had we known this we would’ve just ordered the posters and purchased our frames for cheaper somewhere else.
Ordered poster and frame for our son. For the cost of the frame we were disappointed that the poster didn’t come already in the frame. Also there were no instructions on how to open the back of the frame, which it is different than any frame we’ve ever seen. Once we got the poster into the frame it’s disappointing that it’s not the right size. There is about an inch at the top and the bottom of the poster inside the frame now showing just the cardboard.
It was a Christmas gift for my grandson and he was surprised when he opened it and was very excited to have it. It went straight to his room and on the wall.
